The new restaurant takes its name from the Korean word Dongnae 동네 meaning “neighbourhood” and we’re honoured to be part of the vibrant culinary neighbourhood that is Chandos Road, alongside some of our favourite places in Bristol. We hope that it will be a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy, whatever the occasion.

Back in June we took Nine Tree Hill on a journey to Cambodia collaborating with one of Bristol’s own - Tom Geoffrey of Barang Kitchen. After his latest success at Oranj in London, Tom joined us at Bokman to showcase the distinctive flavours of Cambodia. He created his own spin on our classic ‘Tongdak’, stuffing the chicken with Thai sticky rice and Cambodian Red kreung curry paste along …
