Bokman Kimchi is now available to enjoy at home
Our housemade kimchi is a firm staple and guest favourite in our restaurant and is now available in limited amounts to order online to take home.
As you know, kimchi is at the foundation of Korean food culture, served in households at almost every meal, and it is a core element of our restaurants, made by us and our team fresh every week.
Our recipe is plant based and gluten free recipe using soy, garlic, ginger, pear and a house fermented onion cheong. At home, it is a perfect side or ingredient, pairing well with everything from rice and noodles to grilled meats and stews.
