


Seoul Sessions Vol 3 Bokman x Upstairs at Landrace
The sun came out in force for Seoul Sessions Vol.3 with Upstairs at Landrace. We fired up our Korean wood fired rotisserie for Gothelney pork loin to load into Landrace's Lardy buns. Gochujang chicken & onion kkochi were on the charcoal grill, plus a couple of extra dishes too. Landrace’s signature cheddar curd fritters were given the Bokman treatment with a dusting of kimchi powder and the doenjang pecorino pasta made with stone milled landrace flour was a runaway hit.
The bar was set up outside, and we opened bottles by some of our favourite natural producers. The beats from R.E.D. kept coming all afternoon.
It was the perfect vibe for a chilled Sunday afternoon. Thanks to all who came down!
