‘Authentic, surprising and bold, our menu is inspired by dishes from some of our favourite restaurants in Seoul and our travels in South Korea. Focused on Anju (drinking food), it pairs perfectly with our low intervention wine list and Korean inspired cocktails.
We use the best ingredients, and make our own ferments in-house using traditional Korean techniques. The central focus is our Korean wood-fired rotisserie oven on which we roast our signature Tongdak chicken. Bokman is all about bringing a real taste of Korea to the heart of Stokes Croft.
