A look back at our summer collaboration series, Seoul Sessions 2025 - bringing together incredible chefs and DJs from across the UK for an unforgettable mix of food, drinks, music, and good vibes.
On a select Sunday each month, we had a different guest chef join our team, creating a collaborative menu with us and a DJ providing the tunes.
A look back at the events...
15 June 2025 - Matsudai
Coming from Cardiff the team brought their legendary ramen and chicken dishes for you to try. Paired with great tunes from Cardiff-based producer DJ Don Leisure, the event was a memorable one.
6 July 2025 - Oowee Burger
Oowee has gave us the reins to put our own Korean twist on one of their signature burgers, available for one day only.
With music from the incredible Dj Hodge the vibes matched the food, pure perfection.
10 August 2025 - Landrace
Bath-based, Upstairs at Landrace have carved out a name for themselves with their use of stone-milled flour, made from heritage UK grains and cooking with locally sourced ingredients. They’re bringing these elements to Bokman for a menu that blends some of their signature dishes with a Bokman twist.
On the decks? R.E.D, the genre-hopping Welsh DJ brought the heat and good vibes all night long.
21 September - Flawd Wine
An afternoon filled with mouthwatering food, fine wine, and great music. Flawd is known for their low-intervention ranges of wines and their increidble seasonal produce all grown in Cinderwood Market Garden.
The Sundays brought together our favourite people and shone a spotlight on incredible food. Whilst Seoul Sessions 2025 is over, our Seoul Sessions 2026 is already in the works...
